Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime for users.
- Provide first-line support through various channels like phone, chat, and email, delivering clear and effective communication to users.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and secure.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring to proactively identify potential issues before they impact users.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a solid technical foundation.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, demonstrating commitment to professional development.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, showcasing practical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and challenges.
