Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
Maintain and monitor network infrastructure
Document processes and create user guides for better service delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges
Assist in system upgrades and installations as needed
Respond promptly to support requests from staff members
Experience in Outlook laptop image installations and POS.MS office outlook taking backup
End User Support Printer, Laptop, computer , CCTV configuration
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 4 years experience in IT support or related field
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent preferred
