Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup, network problems, and software malfunctions.br>Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and maintenance activities.
- Support system upgrades, updates, and security patches.br>
- Good knowledge of operating systems.
- Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).br>Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
