Job Description:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup, network problems, and software malfunctions.br>Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and maintenance activities.
  • Support system upgrades, updates, and security patches.br>

  • Good knowledge of operating systems.
  • Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).br>Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
