IT Support Engineer (Telecommunication Industry)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee technical assistance via phone calls and the ticketing system.
• Log, prioritize, and resolve incoming incidents and service requests promptly.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Manage the procurement, provisioning, and deployment of end-user hardware (laptops, monitors, mobile devices).
• Review and approve hardware specifications to ensure organizational standards are met.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and track stock levels.
• Initiate restock requests to replenish stock and maintain optimal inventory.
• Perform Windows Administration tasks, including managing user accounts and system configurations.
• Handle Access Management processes (creating, modifying, disabling user accounts).
• Require experience in troubleshooting common IT issues.
• Require practical experience with Windows Administration (e.g., Active Directory).

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or Microsoft 365 Certified
• 3-5 Years of Experience
