Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and office IT equipment
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and resolve them efficiently
- Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions
- Monitor system performance, backups, and data security
- Support travel booking systems, office applications, and internal software
- Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and technical documentation
- Assist staff with IT-related queries both on-site and remotely
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:a related field
- 2 4 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS environments and basic networking concepts
- Experience troubleshooting office software, email systems, and hardware
- Understanding of IT security practices and data protection
- Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
