Roles & Responsibilities
Proficiency in configuring & troubleshooting network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs)
Strong understanding of network infrastructure & device configurations
Experience in server configuration & IT project management
Skilled in technical support & troubleshooting hardware/software issues
Bachelor s degree/diploma preferred
Excellent communication skills in English
