Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Technical Support:Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues through various channels like phone, email, or ticketing systems.
  • Installation and Configuration:Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and peripherals.
  • User Management:Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to ensure data security.
  • Project Administration:Maintain project documentation, track progress, and manage project records.
  • Communication and Coordination:Act as a liaison between project teams, coordinate meetings, and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Documentation:Prepare and distribute project status reports, and document solutions and resolutions for support issues.
  • Issue and Risk Management:Help identify and resolve project issues and risks, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Training:Provide guidance and basic training to end-users on IT tools and applications.
  • Inventory Management:Maintain an inventory of IT hardware and software licenses.
