Roles & Responsibilities
- Overall IT support of the office /VAC
- Provide support analysis giving optimal solutions for support.
- Management of IT Infrastructure of highest uptime in co-ordination with the Network team
- Project management for various IT & business projects
- Providing IT Support on VFS external events
- Vendor management
- Corporate IT function - Audit, quality assurance, documentation etc.
- IT Procurement in coordination with central IT team and implementation
- Shall adhere to the environmental health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education Qualification
Minimum any IT-related degree, IT-Technical certifications (Juniper, Fortinet, Apple Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)
Experience
5-6 years of work experience in the field of IT Infrastructure and Support

- Knowledge of Networking - LAN/WAN
