Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide daily IT support (hardware & software)
Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers & network issues
Set up laptops, emails & applications for new employees
Manage IT assets (laptops, mobiles, SIM cards, etc.)
Visit company stores to resolve IT-related issues
Ensure systems are updated and running smoothly
Requirements:
Fresher candidates welcome
Basic knowledge of Windows & MS Office
Basic networking knowledge is a plus
Knowledge of MS Excel
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Willing to travel when required
Responsible & proactive attitude
