Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assurer le support technique aux utilisateurs (matériel, logiciels, réseaux).
- Installer, configurer et maintenir les équipements informatiques.
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques rapidement.
- Participer à la sécurité et à la maintenance du système informatique.

Qualifications:
- Formation en informatique (Bac +2 à Bac +3).
- Connaissance des systèmes d'exploitation, réseaux et logiciels courants.
- Sens du service, réactivité et esprit d'analyse.
