Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques
-Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues (Windows, Office, browsers,Printers, utilities, etc.)
- Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports
Desired Candidate Profile
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in an IT role as a full-time job
Good knowledge on CCNA
Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
High-level communication skills
