Roles & Responsibilities
Respond to technical support requests from employees via phone, email, or the helpdesk system according to procedures.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and document technical issues.
Participate in the implementation of department projects.
Maintain and resolve issues related to hardware and equipment.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, or an equivalent field.
