Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for an IT Support Specialist who is responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the school s IT systems, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. The role supports staff, students, and administrative functions to enhance the learning environment through reliable technology services.
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in IT support (experience in education sector is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and basic networking.
- Familiarity with educational technologies (e.g., LMS platforms, smart boards).
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
