Description:
We are urgently hiring an experienced IT Support professional to join ATLAS GROUP, a well-established organization with over 40 years of expertise delivering telecom, security, crisis management, optronics, and contracting solutions worldwide. This role is ideal for a technically capable, customer-focused individual who can diagnose and resolve IT issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.

Core Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, network connectivity, and endpoint problems via phone, email, remote sessions, or onsite visits.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, standard business applications, and company-approved software in line with IT policies.
Manage user accounts, groups, and access rights across Active Directory and Microsoft 365 platforms.
Monitor system health, apply patches and updates, and perform routine maintenance to ensure performance and security.
Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers or relevant teams and follow through until resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, configurations, and standard operating procedures.

Candidate Profile:
4 5 years proven experience in a hands-on IT support role.
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic network issues.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise tools.
Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond to urgent issues professionally.
