Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1+ year of IT Support experience
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and OS issues for end users
Install, configure, and maintain Windows clients, applications, and peripherals
Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP, VPN, Wi Fi, and LAN connectivity
Perform system updates, patching, driver installations, and security hardening
Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and email configurations
Deploy and maintain antivirus, endpoint protection, and security policies
Install and configure printers, scanners, VoIP phones, and other office equipment
Desired Candidate Profile
Education : Bachelor s Degree Information Technology or Computer Science, a technical diploma + certifications is also acceptable
