JOB SUMMARY
RKH Qitarat is currently seeking an IT Support Lead to join our team and drive service excellence across the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks. The role oversees all IT support operations and leads a team of IT Officers on behalf of the IT Support Manager, ensuring efficient and effective technical assistance across the organisation. The IT Support Lead acts as the primary escalation point for complex issues, monitors the Service Desk queue, ensures timely ticket resolution, and maintains strong adherence to ITSM best practices. Key responsibilities include taking ownership of user issues and SLA compliance, managing the full incident lifecycle, tracking and reporting KPIs related to service quality, proactively identifying potential problems, and working closely with IT and business units to maintain seamless technology operations and high user satisfaction.
