Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for all employees.


  • Key responsibilities include securing networks, managing user accounts, and fixing IT issues (30–40%) alongside creating, scheduling, and analyzing social media content (30–40%)


  • Develop and implement IT security protocols and data backup/recovery plans to protect company assets.


  • Orchestrate and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.


  • Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and SEO compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and IT support roles, demonstrating progressively increasing responsibilities.

  • Experience in the e-commerce industry is highly desirable.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
