Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and basic software systems.

Monitor system and network performance to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.

Manage user accounts and permissions through systems such as Active Directory.

Document technical issues and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate with other departments to implement suitable IT solutions.

Perform software updates and ensure system compatibility with new versions.

Support data backup and recovery processes.

Implement basic cybersecurity practices to protect company data and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP).
