Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for providing technical support and operational assistance for IT infrastructure, end-user systems, networks, and business applications to ensure smooth daily operations and service availability. Duties include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, monitoring systems, supporting network connectivity, managing user accounts, and resolving incidents within agreed service levels while following IT service management and cybersecurity standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate must hold a Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or Networking with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in technical support and IT operations. Professional certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, Security+, or Microsoft/Azure certifications are highly preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in operations and technical support.
