Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Looking for an IT Support / System Administrator to join our team. The right person will be responsible for daily technical support, troubleshooting, user account management, ERP, CCTV and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop and laptop support for Windows systems
  • Install and configure software, printers, and network devices
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues (LAN, WiFi, VPN)
  • Manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
  • Track and close support tickets on time with proper documentation
  • Setup new employee systems, laptop, email, Bio-metric access, tools
  • Maintain asset inventory and ensure hardware is updated and secure.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in IT Support / System Administrator
    • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, OS installations, Microsoft 365, and Understanding of CCTV, Active Directory, GPO, networking (IP, DNS, DHCP)
    • Good problem solving skills and ability to follow procedures Strong communication and users handling attitude.
