Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide IT support for computers, printers, and other hardware
Troubleshoot and resolve software, system, and network issues
Assist with coding tasks
Install and configure operating systems and applications
Ensure smooth daily IT operations and user support
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2 3 years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and system support
- Basic knowledge of networking and coding
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
