Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do:
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments
- Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues efficiently
- Configure and monitor firewalls and endpoint security (Sophos preferred)
- Provide technical support for computers, printers, and network devices
- Manage CCTV and fingerprint attendance systems
- Ensure the stability and security of systems across all platforms
What We re Looking For:
- Solid experience in IT systems and network administration
- Hands-on understanding of CCNA and MCSA concepts (certification not mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Linux-based systems
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to IT support
- AAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities
