Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing IT systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document technical requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials, to facilitate seamless system usage and onboarding.
  • Design and implement system modifications and enhancements, leveraging agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery and user satisfaction.
  • Perform rigorous testing and troubleshooting of IT systems, ensuring high reliability and performance while minimizing downtime.
  • Interface with vendors and external partners to evaluate new technologies and solutions, driving innovation within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in technical concepts.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT systems analysis or a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or ITIL, showcasing commitment to professional development.
  • Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or technology, allowing for specialized knowledge relevant to the organization’s domain.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and visualization software, enabling effective data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, essential for identifying issues and developing innovative solutions.
