Roles & Responsibilities
The IT Support Engineer role is with a UAE based organisation offering Technology Support Solutions to clients for the last 25+ years
This role is central to supporting and securing IT ecosystems of customer organisations, ensuring smooth operations across their networks, endpoints, and cloud platforms under our managed services model. The engineer will act as a trusted technical resource, delivering reliable support and proactive solutions across diverse environments.
This role will be required to work on-site or via remote connection This role will also train and guide junior engineers in the team with their tasks.

Role Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and maintain Windows Server OS environments for client infrastructure
- Setup, configure, and manage network devices including Firewalls, Routers, and Wireless Access Points
- Preference for proven experience with Fortigate firewalls
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Endpoint Security, Email Security, and Backup solutions
- Preference for experience with Acronis Cyber Security
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune
- Administer and support Google Workspace environments
- Perform Windows Desktop OS setup and troubleshooting across client endpoints
- Troubleshoot and support network-connected devices such as printers and scanners
- Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, identify and implement improvements and report status updates
- Maintain accurate documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with client-specific IT policies, security protocols, and audit requirements

- Timely resolution of client support tickets and incidents
- High uptime and reliability across managed infrastructure
- Positive feedback from client stakeholders
- Compliance with cybersecurity and backup standards
- Effective documentation and knowledge transfer
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / M365 Administrator
- Fortinet NSE Certification
- CompTIA Network+ / Security+
- Google Workspace Administrator
