Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues or escalates requests to the appropriate party as needed
• Replace or repair defective IT components and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform site visits and preventive maintenance as directed by management
• Ensure the smooth operation and availability of all IT-critical systems
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes within the Domain Controller and Microsoft 365 environments
• Maintain and update the IT asset inventory in the organization s IT management system
• Follow up on pending IT orders and requests with both internal and external parties until resolution

Preferred Skills:

• Experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI (e.g., inventory, sales, and purchasing analytics)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Navision and/or Syncwise systems
• Has experience in CCTV and biometric systems
