Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the installation, configuration, upgrade, and administration of networked servers, workstations, peripheral devices, and software to ensure continuous operations.
  • Perform server backup operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and replace/repair components when needed.
  • Install and configure network upgrades to enhance system performance, reliability, and security.
  • Update and maintain network and endpoint security systems, applying antivirus and security protocols.
  • Respond to and resolve escalated Helpdesk tickets and user requests.
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting of servers, routers, switches, and system adjustments.
  • Document system processes, procedures, and technical configurations.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to ensure network stability and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Professional certifications preferred (Microsoft, Cisco).
  • Strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in system and server-level documentation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work under pressure and extended hours when required.
