Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for
- troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues (Windows, Office, browsers, Printers, utilities, Cameras, POS, Fingerprint etc.).
- providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responsible for installation & configuration of a company s hardware operating systems and applications.
- maintening and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
- Understanding of virtualization technology.
- CCNA certification is a preferred.
