Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will handle basic hardware setups, help new joiners with software access, and troubleshoot day-to-day tech issues while learning IT infrastructure from the ground up.
Qualifications
- Tech-Savvy: Natural comfort with macOS, Windows, and common apps (Slack/Zoom).
- Resourceful: Ability to research and solve tech problems independently.
- Organized: Great at following checklists and managing equipment inventory.
- Helpful Attitude: Patient, friendly, and eager to support the team.
