Roles & Responsibilities

Italian and English Service Desk Analyst


As a support technician, you will be required to:

  • Diagnose a computer hardware or software malfunction remotely
  • Configure the workstation to the user's needs and perform functional tests
  • Guide the user to resolve the incident or take control of the system remotely
  • Escalate unresolved incidents as needed, while remaining mindful of intervention time commitments, and keep the user informed.
  • Complete a detailed description of the intervention after each call and fill in the necessary fields in the incident management tool.

Desired Candidate Profile

You speak Italian and English fluently

  • Passionate, with a degree in Computer Science, or you have at least 2 years of experience in user support or a contact center.
  • Are you a recent graduate or considering a career change?
  • You are flexible with a wide range of hours and/or looking for a hybrid job.
