Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage tours for Italian and/or Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences from arrival to departure.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries in Italian or Spanish.
- Liaise with local service providers, including hotels, transport companies, and guides, to arrange and confirm all tour logistics.
- Develop and customize itineraries based on client preferences, group size, and special interests.
- Conduct pre-tour briefings and provide on-site support during tours to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client feedback using internal systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote tours to the Italian and Spanish markets.
- Assist in translating promotional materials, itineraries, and client communications as needed.
- Monitor tour operations to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to recommend improvements in tour offerings and services.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluency in Italian or Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Languages, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year and up to 5 years of experience in tour coordination, travel operations, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tour management software.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends during peak travel seasons.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly.
- Knowledge of Egyptian tourist destinations and cultural attractions is an advantage.
