Job description Job Title: Italian Speaker - Customer Support Specialist Location: 6 October – On-site Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an Italian speaker to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. No previous experience is required – we will provide full training. If you are motivated, a quick learner, and passionate about helping people, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both Italian. Provide accurate information about our products and services. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and finding solutions. Escalate complex cases to senior staff when necessary. Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic approach to customer interactions. Accurately document customer interactions in the system. Requirements: Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work on-site at our office location.
