Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the end-to-end integration architecture for the Digital Procurement Platform.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between the platform and Oracle Financials, federal or enterprise systems, and third-party platforms such as supplier punch-in and punch-out systems.
- Establish and maintain integration standards, protocols, interface documentation, and architecture artefacts for all integration touchpoints.
- Manage and support all existing integrations to ensure continuous uptime, reliability, and performance.
- Monitor data flows across integrated systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, perform root cause analysis, and drive issue resolution on time.
- Improve integration performance, resilience, and stability through periodic reviews and optimization initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for automation and standardization across integration processes and interface handling.
- Design and implement new integrations with suppliers, external systems, and new business entities through API-based, batch, and file-based mechanisms.
- Ensure all integrations comply with enterprise architecture, security, access control, and governance standards.
- Implement proactive monitoring and alerting mechanisms for integration health and performance.
- Maintain dashboards, logs, and reporting mechanisms for integration tracking and operational visibility.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IT governance, data security, privacy, and segregation of duties requirements.
- Participate in weekly and monthly governance meetings and provide structured reporting on integration health, risks, issues, and performance metrics.
- Escalate critical risks, incidents, and blockers in a timely and structured manner.
- Support knowledge transfer, operational continuity, and documentation updates to avoid disruption to business operations.
Key Skills & Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise integrations and integration architecture.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Ivalua integrations.
- Strong experience in ERP integrations, preferably with Oracle Financials.
- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with JSON, XML, and XSLT.
- Experience working with middleware tools and enterprise integration patterns.
- Good understanding of SFTP and batch-based integrations.
- Knowledge of authentication and interface security protocols.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Proven experience in integration monitoring, incident management, and production support.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle troubleshooting and root cause analysis across complex integration landscapes.
- Ability to work in structured governance environments with regular reporting and compliance expectations.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Desired Candidate Profile
We are hiring an experienced Integration Architect with strong expertise in enterprise application integrations to design, manage, maintain, and enhance integrations for a Digital Procurement Platform powered by Ivalua, including integrations with Oracle Financials and other internal and external systems. This role is critical in ensuring high availability, scalability, data integrity, and continuous improvement of integration touchpoints across the procurement ecosystem.
