Roles & Responsibilities

*Technical Skills

  • Familiar with international inspection standards, quality compliance requirements and verification workflows.

  • Basic knowledge of industrial products, manufacturing processes or relevant industry quality criteria.

  • Understand all project documents and project activities and SECEs

  • Understand Project scope, deliverables, input data and conditions

  • Review and understand Safety and Environmental Critical Elements (SECE) and activities

  • Exceptional organizational & multitasking abilities: Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills: Effective liaison with internal teams, global clients, field inspectors and external stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented & problem-solving mindset: High accuracy in document handling, report preparation and issue resolution.

  • Proactive & result-driven: Able to work independently, anticipate risks and ensure smooth end-to-end verification processes.

  • Cross-cultural awareness: Comfortable working in an international, multicultural team environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Education Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade or related fields.

  • Master’s degree is a plus, especially in Audit, Compliance or Supply Chain Management.

  • Fluent in English (spoken, written and reading) (mandatory for international communication).

2. Professional Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in third-party inspection, independent verification, quality control or audit coordination.

  • Prior experience working with international verification bodies (e.g., BV, SGS, TÜV) or cross-border inspection projects is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record in coordinating inspection schedules, liaising with clients/inspectors, and resolving on-site operational issues

    • Strong sense of responsibility & integrity: Adhere to professional ethics and maintain confidentiality of sensitive project information.

    • Ability to work under pressure: Remain calm and efficient when handling urgent tasks or unexpected issues。
