Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient consultations, evaluating medical history, and performing physical examinations to determine the most suitable IVF treatment plan.
  • Perform all aspects of assisted reproductive technologies (ART), including ovarian stimulation, oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and cryopreservation, ensuring precision and patient safety.
  • Interpret diagnostic test results, such as hormonal assays and ultrasound scans, to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols accordingly.
  • Collaborate with embryologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize laboratory procedures and ensure the highest standards of embryo development and implantation.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to confidentiality guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and develop collaborative treatment strategies.
  • Oversee the management of the IVF clinic, including quality control, staff training, and adherence to established protocols and policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with a subspecialty in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
  • Prior experience working in a reputable IVF clinic or hospital, with a strong understanding of clinical protocols and procedures.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in performing various IVF procedures, including oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and hysteroscopy.
  • Demonstrates empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care, building trust and rapport with patients.
