Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented UAT Tester with 2 4 years of experience in testing Chatbot and IVR systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scenario creation, and validating customer interaction workflows. Experience working in airline, travel, hospitality, or high-volume contact center environments will be a strong advantage. Familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus or Sabre is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Chatbot and IVR applications.
  • Create, execute, and document test cases, test scenarios, and test results.
  • Validate end-to-end customer journeys across voice and chat channels.
  • Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are met.
  • Ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements and user expectations.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback on testability.
  • Support regression testing and post-release validation activities.
  • Maintain UAT documentation and prepare test summary reports.

Required Skills:

  • 2 4 years of experience in UAT / Functional Testing.
  • Experience in testing Chatbot and IVR systems.
  • Strong understanding of test case design and defect lifecycle.
  • Good knowledge of customer interaction workflows in contact center environments.
  • Familiarity with ticketing or reservation systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred / Good to Have:

  • Experience in Airline, Travel, or Hospitality domain.
  • Knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
