Established in 1875, James L. Williams (JLW) is deeply rooted in Australia’s history, marking its footprint as one of the country’s most experienced and largest services contractors. Our portfolio spans a wide range of commercial projects, including commercial office towers, residential buildings, hospitals, healthcare facilities, research laboratories, bioscience centres, airports, hotels, resorts, maximum security prisons, and infrastructure works. Over a decade ago, we successfully launched operations in the Middle East, specifically the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This successful expansion was made possible through a partnership between James L Williams Holding Australia and Michael Boufarhat. Today, while we continue to serve diverse sectors true to our heritage, we have strategically pivoted to become an acknowledged leader in turn-key EPC solutions, fuelling data centres and infrastructure projects across the UAE, GCC, and the broader MENA region.
