JAVA Developer ADP

As a customer engineer for the National Account technical operations activity, your mission will be to manage a portfolio/customer requests, either through the management of the database and the development of payroll processing/JOB, or through the development of the WEB interfaces of the Information System. Your responsibility is to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do: Your Responsibilities

Smooth production

Develop GXP interfaces, programs, and screens using the Cobol language

Plan development lots by estimating costs and committing to delivery dates.

Ensure the proper functioning of the GXP application by coordinating technical interventions internally.

Organize/participate in the development plans of the entire GXP fleet in line with the planned objectives.

Implement settings and support services.

Estimate the load of change requests through quotes.

Respect the commitment deadlines and the process of processing customer requests.

Collaborate every day

Work with internal/external clients every day and build good relationships with them.

Share all types of information with your peers, support functions, counterparts and your hierarchy in order to ensure continuity and service excellence.

Actively participate in daily production meetings.

Experiences You'll Need: Required Qualifications

Academic: You have a Bac+3 or more degree in computer engineering or equivalent.

Technical skills: you have good knowledge of Algorithms, development standards, JCL under MVS, Java / J2EE, JavaScript and Eclipse IDE.

Project Management: You know project management techniques, you know how to deploy the necessary means and materials and you master the Agile Scrum method in order to achieve the objectives set.

Mastery of the development language: You are proficient in the Cobol language for the TECH activity and JAVA for the Personnel Administrative Management activity.

Positive and autonomous. You are optimistic and persevering; You know how to manage your time well and present your ideas in a clear and professional manner, whether in person, in writing, or by phone. You are able to handle difficult situations.
