Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness to requests from front-end users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, integrating user feedback into development cycles.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices for Java development.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation in programming principles.
  • Proficiency in Java and its ecosystem, including frameworks like Spring or Hibernate, demonstrating hands-on expertise.
  • At least 3 years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Certification in Java programming (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer) to validate expertise and skills.
