Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, understanding their unique travel needs.
- Proactively identify and secure new charter opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and deliver compelling charter proposals, including detailed pricing, aircraft options, and itinerary planning.
- Negotiate charter agreements, ensuring favorable terms while maximizing profitability and client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience within the private aviation industry, with a strong track record.
- Demonstrates fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibits exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with high-profile clientele.
