Job Overview:

Jet Pump Field Supervisor Artificial Lift oversees field operations related to artificial lift systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. This role involves supervising field specialists and technicians, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

Supervise installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of artificial lift systems (e.g., Hydraulic lift Jet Pump, rod pumps, PCPs).
Ensure all field activities are executed according to company procedures and client specifications.
Lead and mentor field crews, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines.
Act as the primary field contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
Address client concerns and provide technical recommendations.
Enforce safety standards and ensure all operations comply with HSE regulations.
Conduct safety briefings and audits regularly.
Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to operational standards.
Review and approve field reports, job logs, and performance metrics.
Prepare detailed reports on job performance, equipment usage, and personnel activities.
Maintain accurate records for audits and operational reviews.

Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of artificial lift systems.
Proven leadership and supervisory experience in oilfield operations.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure in remote and challenging environments.
Familiarity with industry safety standards and protocols.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office applications.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in artificial lift operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Hands-on experience with Hydraulic lift Jet Pump, rod pumps, PCPs.
Valid certifications in HSE, leadership, and equipment handling (preferred).
Willingness to travel and work on rotational shifts.
