Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on jewellery selection, understanding customer preferences, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Master product knowledge, including materials, craftsmanship, and pricing, to confidently address customer inquiries and showcase the unique value of each piece.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue by proactively engaging with customers, closing sales, and maximizing transaction values.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, manage inventory, and maintain meticulous records to ensure financial integrity and prevent loss.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Show demonstrable experience in retail sales, with at least 1-2 years in a customer-facing role.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse customers.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling financial transactions accurately.
