Job Summary - We are looking for a customer-focused and Fresher Call Centre Representative (Female) to join our team. - The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about our products and services. - She will also support the marketing team by engaging with customers, promoting services, and maintaining a positive brand experience. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner. - Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, and processes. - Provide accurate and clear information to customers. - Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or support. - Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary. - Support marketing campaigns through follow-up calls and customer engagement. - Assist in generating leads, collecting customer feedback, and updating the CRM system. - Promote company products and services through effective communication. - Maintain detailed and accurate call logs and reports. - Manage customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution. - Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth coordination. - Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications & Skills - Female candidate only. - High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred. - Experience as a call center agent, telemarketer, or customer service representative. - Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus). - Strong listening and problem-solving skills. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. - Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
