Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collections from hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.

  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision and urgency.

  • Prepare monthly receivable reports, aging analysis, and cash flow forecasts for management.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and company policies in receivable management.

  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to streamline receivable workflows.

  • Support external and internal audits with accurate documentation and reconciliations.

  • Escalate overdue accounts and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.com/M.com/MBA-Finance/CPA/CMA preferred).

  • 5–7 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably within medical distribution or healthcare supply chain.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems (Microsoft/Oracle/SAP experience is a plus).

  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and documentation requirements.

  • Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong skills in excel, word and Microsoft outlook
