Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain daily attendance records of workers and staff at the construction site.

Record employee working hours, overtime, shifts, and leave details accurately.

Prepare and submit timesheets for payroll processing.

Monitor manpower deployment and daily workforce reports.

Coordinate with site supervisors regarding attendance and labor allocation.

Ensure all records are updated and maintained properly.

Verify worker ID, gate passes, and site entry records.

Assist HR and administration with labor-related documentation.

Prepare weekly and monthly attendance summaries.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee records.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be a graduate

Candidate should be ready to work in a site office environment

Good communication skills

Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word

Hands-on experience in the construction field preferred
