Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities & Activities: 1. Responsible to implement Systems related to Project Management, internal & external dashboards to communicate cost and schedule performance to teams in real time. Responsible to implement a standardized suite of cost and schedule reports that enable senior management to make data driven decisions 2. Responsible to train the project planning team, QS etc on the application of effective planning techniques and controls (earned value, cost and schedule variance, estimates at completion, critical path analysis). 3. Responsible to perform trend analysis and actively evaluate project cost and schedule performance to identify potential risk areas, validate forecasts, and communicate those quickly to key stakeholders. 4. Responsible for data modeling and analysis. 5. Responsible for deep data dives and extremely detailed analysis of various data points collected as part of need identification phase. Organize and present data to line management for appropriate guidance and subsequent overall process mapping. 6. Responsible for rigorous periodic reviews of various individual, functional, business unit & group metrics and indicators for success. Through but not limited to – key productivity indicators, result areas, heath meter, performance goals etc. 7. Responsible to develop training packs, handholding sessions, workshops and other means & measures to ensure effective implementation of digitalization initiatives and sustainability of processes implemented.
