Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Description:
Starlight Aerotech is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in aviation parts and consumables. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence and building strong relationships with local airline clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote aviation parts and consumables

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with local airlines and key industry contacts

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends

  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to meet business targets

  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry forums


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation parts and consumables

  • Strong network and contacts within local airlines

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets

  • Must be currently based in Bishkek

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience in international aviation markets is an advantage
