Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Description:
Starlight Aerotech is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in aviation parts and consumables. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence and building strong relationships with local airline clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote aviation parts and consumables
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Maintain and strengthen relationships with local airlines and key industry contacts
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to meet business targets
Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry forums
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation parts and consumables
Strong network and contacts within local airlines
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Must be currently based in Bishkek
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in international aviation markets is an advantage
