Work with business units to create and execute strategic initiatives.

2. Market & Competitive Analysis:

Conduct industry research, benchmarking, and competitive intelligence.

Identify emerging trends and potential disruptions.

Provide insights to drive informed decision-making.

3. Business Development & Innovation:

Explore new business models, partnerships, and M&A opportunities.

Drive innovation initiatives, including digital transformation.

Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and product teams to foster innovation.

4. Financial & Operational Strategy:

Align corporate strategy with financial planning and budgeting.

Work with CFO to assess investment opportunities and risks.

Optimize business operations for efficiency and profitability.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

Communicate strategic plans to internal and external stakeholders.

Partner with investors, board members, and key executives.

Ensure alignment between strategy and corporate culture.

6. Leadership & Change Management:

Guide teams through strategic transitions and organizational changes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: MBA or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Experience: 10+ years in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or executive leadership roles.

Skills:

Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

Financial acumen and business modeling expertise.
