About the Role

The Head of Mathematics leads the Math department within an international high school setting, shaping a comprehensive and engaging programme that promotes student wellbeing, skill development, and a lifelong appreciation for physical activity. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on teaching and collaboration across the school community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a cohesive Math curriculum aligned with international standards and school objectives

• Lead, mentor, and support Math teachers, ensuring high-quality instruction and consistent departmental practices

• Teach Math classes and model effective, student-centered teaching approaches

• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support diverse learning needs

• Collaborate with school leadership on departmental planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
