Develop a research plan in conjunction with the investment team and in support of pipeline development, investor engagement and fund concept development.

Conduct research on various topics in line with Tanmia s market outreach plans.

Sector deep-dives (e.g. growth rates, multiples, exit activity, etc.)

Conduct and update competitive maps of existing Private Equity transaction and funds (ticket sizes, IRR targets, sector/geography).

Map market trends (e.g. Secular trends, FDI inflows, funding gaps, etc.) and translate the findings into actionable insights.

Identify underserved segments or capital mismatches.

Build relationships and maintain those with relevant data providers (NCSI, regional data providers, data platforms, ministries, ... etc.)

Source data internally from deal transactions and from external sources.

Build solid and fact-based insights from the market analysis and package as a complete publish-worthy report.

Support fund structuring and product development through comparative benchmarking (regional fund terms, structures, regulatory models, etc.).

Analyze investor sentiment, fundraising trends, and LP appetite in GCC and global markets.

Collaborate with internal teams to build investment themes documents, teasers, and presentations for prospective investors.

Support the creation of thought-leadership materials (sector outlooks, insights reports, etc.)

Maintain a knowledge database of transactions, multiples, and market benchmarks.

Technical and Soft Skills:

Strong understanding and experience in sourcing and turning data into actionable insights.

Strong ability in developing private equity relevant market research.
